In order to raise money for
improvements to the park, Friends of Paws
Park are offering commemorative bricks for
$75.00 each. You can access an application
on the link below or you can also pick a
form up at the borough office. The bricks
will be placed at the entrance to Paws Park.

ZONING PERMIT/
BUILDING PERMIT FORMS
The attached
zoning permit must be filled out and
returned to the Borough Office for approval
by the Codes Officer. If you are
building, adding an addition, changing the
structure, making changes to the electrical
or plumbing service you will also need a
Building Permit. Submit both forms to
the Borough Office. If you have any

Permits are not available on this website.
If you
are a
contractor or homeowner who is in need of an
excavation permit you must come to the
Borough Office to obtain
that permit.
If you are a
homeowner looking for a contractor to
complete
your sewer lateral project please see the
list below.
The
contractors listed have liability insurance
and surety
bonds on
file at the Borough Office and are
registered with the Attorney General's
Office.

does not include any recommendations
made
by the Borough.

2011 LOCAL
SERVICES TAX REFUND FORM
Use this
form if you are requesting a refund
from Local
Services Taxes for the year 2011.
If your
total earned income and net profits from
ALL
sources of income was less than $12,000.00
in 2011 OR if
you
have had multiple employers and have paid
more than
the total of $52 you are entitled to a
refund.

2012 LOCAL
SERVICES TAX EXEMPTION FORM
Use this
form if you are requesting exemption from
the
Local
Services Tax for the year 2012. If
your expected total
earned
income for the year 2012 will be less than
$12,000.00
or if you
have multiple employers you may request an
exemption.
All
necessary documentation must be provided and
you must
notify your employers that you have
requested
this exemption.
